This recipe contains egg whites.
I have been hearing a lot about this flour from Victoria, from Victoria's Keto Kitchen. So many people are raving about how much it tastes and acts like regular white flour. I finally had a chance to try this blend and use it in a recipe. I tried using it in a biscuit recipe and it came out amazing! I'm so happy to share this with you, I only hope you can get these ingredients before the holidays so you can make pie crusts, biscuits or anything else you can imagine.
One thing about this recipe is that Victoria stresses the importance of weighing the ingredients in grams. She has worked on this recipe for a long time to get it to where it is today, so it needs to be precise on the measurements. I'll link the video and website for you.
I am new to this flour, so I will be searching Victoria's recipe's and I hope you will too.

Victoria's Keto Flour 2.0
Bamboo Fiber - 3 cups (192 grams)
Almond Flour - 1 1/2 cups (168 grams)
Egg White Protein Powder - 1/2 cup (60 grams)
Xanthan Gum - 1 tablespoon (10 grams)
Whisk everything together in a large bowl. Whisk until there are no more lumps and everything is well incorporated.
Store in an air tight container.
Please watch her video because she is very precise and you can see her process of measuring and mixing the flour.
Note:
Victoria says that you can use this cup for cup, but you need to measure out the cups in grams.
For example: If you need 1 cup for a recipe, you would measure out 84 grams of the flour mix.
1 cup = 84 grams
Multiply that for whatever as many cups as you need.
