Yogurt with granola and fruit

This is a really tasty snack. It could also be dessert if you're in the mood for something sweet and healthy.



Ingredients:


1/2 cup - 3/4 cup Coconut Milk Yogurt

1-2 tsp - sweetener (We like the packets of whole earth brand sweetener. A blend of erythritol, monk fruit, and stevia)

1 tsp vanilla

1/2 cup frozen or fresh blueberries

Instructions:


Pour the yogurt into a bowl.

add in your sweetener of choice and mix well.

Add in vanilla, or any other flavor you like. Sometimes we like to add almond extract.

Sprinkle the granola and blueberries on top.

Enjoy!
